JUST SAY GAY! Art Exhibition

DreamLarge 600 Central Ave, Sarasota, FL

"JUST SAY GAY" art exhibition is a response to HB 1557, also known as the “Don't Say Gay” bill. This harmful legislation is bringing us back to the days of Anita Bryant and the hateful 1970's banter that was also attacking LGBTQ+ people. This exhibition serves as a reminder that we are resilient, we are us, and that our LGBTQ+ youth see that we never give up. As we stand together we continue to have a voice and not feel alone in this world. Photographs of the movement and other works from our LGBTQ+youth+community. An outdoor community installation will be taking place to create something together. More information will be available shortly.
